Guides are documents (like this one!) that you can create and update in real-time. They're super simple to use, and have a lot of advantages over other publishing mediums (pdfs are where knowledge goes to die!).

Within a guide, you can have words, images, and embed videos, maps... basically anything you can think of.

They're in a standard format to make it easier to access on any device, and use a simple navigation to make it easier to chunk up content into digestible parts.
