After creating the conversations app.

1. Click on the wrench to edit it.

2. Click on Modify App.
3. Click on Email to app.

4. Get the email address or .vcf file.
5. click Close.
6. Simply forward any email you want in Podio to that address. Then go into Podio on your Mac, PC or iPhone, iPad, or Android and link it to the correct objects in Podio.
