In most cases, preventing halitosis is simply down to good oral hygiene.
- Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste.
- Try to floss or use inter-dental brushes once a day.
- Visit your local NHS or Private dentist twice a year for your regular dental check-up.
- Visit your local hygienist at least twice a year to have your teeth and gums cleaned.
- Ensure you are drinking enough water every day to keep your mouth clean and healthy.
- Quit smoking!
