Develop Core Values


Before you can provide stellar customer support you need to be clear about what your own values are as a business. These values should then inform every decision you make whether it be a product decision, a marketing decision or deciding how to respond to a customer complaint.

The core values should be infused into the DNA of your company so that as your team grows, everyone is on the same page without too many growing pains. Take some time and come up with 5-10 values that are core to your business.
