process, timelines, and budgets.

planning Recommendations on how to best leverage your
guides - messaging, target audiences, content type, promotional
tools. Our work at this stage will include a review of your target
market and the development of a profile that identifies the types
of language, headlines, images and messages that are most likely to
resonate and encourage engagement.
Creative
concepts Your brand expressed in a guide - what the guide
will be about, including a full content overview.
Creative
development Once you select a creative route, we flesh out
the idea, research topic /contributors, look at suppliers
-video/photography etc…the output is an outline.
Outline/wireframe
This document tells you everything that we will include in the
guide - sections, pages, content - all the pieces needed for
production
Production Research, copy, photography, video,
and guide creation.
Review Once the guide is assembled, your team
will be able to review and provide feedback prior to
publishing.
Launch When your guide is ready to launch we will
work with you to develop a plan to promote the internally and/or
externally.
Analytics and Refinement Once your guide is published, we will work with you to take advantage of analytics and refine as needed.
