To set a shipping rule:

1. From the Wix Editor, click your product gallery to select it.
2. From the Product Gallery property panel on the right of the Editor, click Manage Store.
3. From the Store Manager, click the Shipping tab.

4. From Shipping, click Add Shipping Rule.

5. Under Shipping Destinations, click the field and click a country to select it.
6. Click the field again to add another country to this shipping rule.

To add a rule to a specific state within a country, where applicable, click the name of the country that you added to the field and select a state or states from the list.

7. Under Price Range, add a price range and type a fee to charge for this price range.
8. Click Add Range to add more price ranges to this shipping rule.

9. Click Save.

A new shipping rule is added to your store.

Add more shipping rules by repeating the steps above.
To set your shipping rules by Weight Range instead of Price Range, from the Shipping tab, under Shipping Fee Calculation Method, select Weight Range from the drop-down menu.
You can also add a handling fee by typing the fee in the Shipping tab, under Handling Fee.
