For regular ChatGPT users - no Custom GPT or API key paste:

1. ChatGPT → Apps → install Guides (MCP: https://mcp.guides.co/mcp).
2. Sign in with Guides when prompted.
3. Start a new chat after connecting.
4. Test: "List my Guides notebooks."

The app acts as a guide editor (scaffold, fill pages, merge, reorder). For scripted benchmarks, you may still prefer reference URLs or Custom GPT + OpenAPI so fetch paths are identical across arms.
