Preserve Data If An Error Is Thrown (Evaluate)

Typically when an error is thrown on a particular field, the data in ALL of the form fields is deleted. This leads your visitor to have to start all over again. After your potential customer makes a few errors and is forced to repeatedly start over - they will quickly give up and move on to your competitor to complete the purchase.

Some forms preserve data but then delete the password - visitors can miss this creating the same effect.
