All you have to do is to sit around the fire. The guide lives and floats over the fire, reminding players of the goal, the destination, and the evolution done through shared knowledge. Almost like an oracle.

The important thing is to come together (bringing people together to navigate change) in a circle, have faith and an introductory item to add to the pot luck (fire and guide). Where is this "progress" going to go? Is this making a real impact or just blablah like most cases? We need people who can make change happen to be here. We are this people. But also people who's not in this space already. Static thinkers in slow and driven governmental processes (am I too judgy? Govs enable us to do things but can also stop us.) This space is not only for inspiration, it is for action, really changing things not just talking about them. So we need outcomes and possible solutions.

Believe in it, that's the first step. Be honest to yourself. Then collaborate. And make an action in your "local" offline world. Then come back to Guides. And talk about it, be about it, represent your hard work. Inspire and get inspired. Educate yourself and people around you that change is possible, and it's not scary. It can be beautiful and easier than you think :)
