There are two ways to delete a Space, through the Space Settings, or the Organisation Settings. Both are described below. See also important notes at the bottom of the page.

Space Settings

To delete a Space, click on the Settings(⚙️) icon:

Then select "delete channel":

Organisation Settings

To delete a Space from the Organisation Settings, go to the Organisation overview page, select Settings (⚙️) and go to Spaces. Find the space you would like to delete. If the Space is a public space hosted by another Organisation you can Unsubscribe to remove it.

IMPORTANT NOTE 1: When you delete a Space all Guides are removed from the Space - not deleted permanently. However, if you have not added the Guides to a separate channel, only the owner (creator) of the Guides will have access to the Guide in the "My Guides" section of the application. So ensure you add Guides to anew Space if you want to continue to have access to them in your Community.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: You cannot delete a Space if a Guide is using this Guide as its origin Space. Check out this page to change the origin Space of a Guide.
