The Spaces tab is an overview your own Spaces and those that you have joined. Create private or public Spaces for your individual projects, or add shared Spaces to your Home for quick access.

When you Join a Space hosted by someone else it will be added to your Home. To Leave a Space simply go into the Space and select 'Leave'.
