By now, you should have an account with Link Emperor, so what you'll do is add each of the public links that you've created into your LE account, adding each of them as a Target. You'll want to make sure that there are keywords associated with them, and keep the value high in the beginning so they really add link juice to your main site.

You should notice these links getting indexed within a couple weeks, which for Google, is incredibly fast.
