People are now able to satisfy their drinking water needs. Though still not fully free of the dependence on tanker water, the villagers are confident that in the next summer, even if there is a drought, the water stress will not be as severe as was the case before taking up of the project. After the remaining work is completed, the village will be completely tanker free.
