Steps to Complete your Registration

You will need to complete the following steps to complete your HPCN registration. You are not considered an HPCN member until you complete all of the following:

Note: the CACEA membership option for stage 2 will be phased out in May 2026. From that point forward, all registrants will need to provide two customer references.

* CACEA members do not need to provide these qualifications.

**HRAI Residential Heat Loss & Heat Gain Calculations (the longer version of the course) is also acceptable.

All of these steps will take place in the HPCN Portal. You must log into the HPCN Portal to read the full instructions and complete each step.
