Tracking Tools

Reminder Apps

Reminder apps provide patients with notifications when it's time to take medication, start an exercise, eat, or start an activity. There are many health, drug, and supplement reminders available. We recommend a generic reminder app such as Due, which allows for more flexibility in the type of reminder to set, and is very user-friendly.

Automatic Refills or Multi-Month Supplies

Not only do automatic refills or receiving multiple months' worth of supplies ensure patients have everything on hand, but these options can also help your patients save money. If you have a dispensary on site, provide enough product for a patient to make it through to their next visit. If not, or if it seems too economically-strained for your patient, consider a patient direct program either in your clinic, or through a distributor partner.

Fitness and Diet Apps

Patients may already be using apps to track their nutrition and exercise and could benefit from your insightful review. With an app like MyFitnessPal, patients can provide shared access to their food diary or print the results.
