Once you've clicked on "View Details" for a sector, you will see the Sector Page:

The Sector Page lays out the steps, called "Stages", that you need to complete for that sector's registration. You must complete each Stage in order. You can scroll ahead to view all the Stages but they will remain locked until you complete the previous ones. The current Stage you are in will be blue, and completed Stages will be grey.
