Spray Foam Gun

• Used to apply spray foam between the rough stud opening of window and door frames, around rigid insulation that is used to block joist ends, to seal wire penetrations, plumbing pipes that go through floors into unheated spaces, and to seal holes in concrete floors-on-ground

Marker

• Used to mark batt and foam board insulation products for proper cutting. They can also be used during the inspection to mark areas that require more attention

Scissors

• Used to cut polyethylene insulation, and can also be used to assist with opening bags of insulation

Air Nailer

• Used to apply washer nails to rigid board insulation
