3.1.1.4.(2) Airtightness Targets
must be measured in as operated conditions in accordance with
CAN/CGSB 149.10 "Determination of the Airtightness of Building
Envelopes by the Fan Depressurization Method" or NRCan, "EnerGuide
Rating System Technical Procedures Version 15.1."
