The Conservation Authorities Act has been amended via schedule 6 of the omnibus budget Bill 229.

The Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) has completed a preliminary analysis of Schedule 6 of Bill 229 that is available here and their Bill 229 Written Statement is available here.

Action Item: The deadline for feedback via the formal process was December 2nd, however feedback from municipalities can always be sent to Minister Phillips and Premier Ford.
