3.2.5 Describe advanced framing and double stud wall construction

1. Advanced framing uses less wood to minimize thermal bridging, e.g. Studs 24" OC or single top-plate between aligned studs
2. Double stud walls feature offset studs to avoid thermal bridging and increase wall cavity thickness and depth of insulation
