A) Jump squats-1min. Jumping lunges-1min. Push ups-1min. Side plank-30sec. each side

B) Prone Cobra-1min. Horse stance leg raises (90 degrees)-30sec. each side Horse stance straight leg raises-30sec. each side Crunches-1min.
