Congratulations!

Today marks the 10th day of the RUNYourLife Coaching 10 Day Boot Camp! We are so proud of you for sticking with it throughout the full 10 days.

We understand it can be tough making changes, breaking old habits and starting new routines. It's not always fun and easy but you did it! Now what you want to focus on is how you can continue on this path to help you accomplish those long term goals you set on day one of the boot camp and keep on this path so that you too can RUNYourLife.

We can speak from experience, when you feel great through exercise and working out you begin to gain more self confidence. With that renewed self confidence you become empowered and driven to accomplish the goals you set out to accomplish and nothing can get in your way! When you feel good in your own skin you are more likely to go after other goals in your life. When you come across obstacles it will feel familiar because you've already met and surpassed other obstacles in your fitness journey.
