Unknown vs Known Signers
Me: This will use your email address for the signer.
Someone Known: A known signer is someone you know is going to sign the document. For example, if you knew your boss was going to sign it, then he would be the "known signer". By putting his email in the field, he will get the form sent to him automatically after you sign the form.
Someone Not Known Yet: An unknown signer is someone who you do not know that is signing the form. For example, if it's a form that is sent out to multiple employees, you would label the signer as "employee". Unknown Signers will always sign before Known Signers.
Approver: The Approver will be the last person to review and sign the document.
