CAP developed a Model Green Fleets Policy which is a transferable word document and ready-to-use template to support municipal procurement of EVs in a transparent and accountable way that balances fiscal responsibility, social equity and environmental stewardship. This Policy establishes the process for EV acquisition and management using a life-cycle costing approach.
