Sam is the co-author of Influence Marketing: How To Create, Manage, and Measure Brand Influencers in Social Media, published by Pearson in 2012. Sam is also a Professor of Marketing at Seneca College and an adjunct professor at Rutgers Center for Management Development. He's a prolific writer/blogger for the Social Media Monthly Magazine, the HuffingtonPost, and for Constellation Research, among others.

Currently a Partner at Sensei Marketing, a customer experience consulting and technology firm, Sam has developed and executed over 1600 digital projects for clients ranging from Morgan Stanley to American Idol.
