This section of the guide will help you select the right plan for you depending on your experience level and physical abilities. Here are your options:

Weekend Warrior to Triathlete: Haven't competed in a race before, or have taken some time off? This plan is perfect for people just getting active and want to compete in a triathlon in 8 weeks.

The Beginner's Plan: If this is your first triathlon, this is a great 8-week plan that will get you ready to compete with a gradual progression of difficulty.

The Intermediate Plan: This is a 6-week plan for people who are active and have a time-goal for their race.

The Advanced Plan: We'll help you train like a pro.
