Providing adequate toilet services at your event is essential. If you are using a hall or convention centre, make sure they have enough urinals and stalls to comfortably service the amount of guests attending your event. Inspect them beforehand to make sure they are presentable and clean!

Outdoor events may need to hire a portable toilet provider. How many and of what type will depend on the nature of your event. Make sure to discuss the details with your supplier so they can advise you on what you'll need. Placement of the toilets should be away from food and vendors, but in an easily accessible area.

Don't forget to set up a cleaning and re-stocking schedule into the agreement. Running out of toilet paper mid-event can be a pain in the a#&!!
