Saying no to a loan based low income program

The federal government intends to create a low income energy efficiency program, but they seem poised to make this a loan based programs. Asking low income households to take on additional debt in order to enjoy the benefits of energy efficiency is not only irresponsible, but is unlikely to see significant uptake from the community it intends to reach. Let the federal government know that you do not support a loan-based program for lower income households.
