Lorna Breault-Snyder is the Director of Customer Education Development at Schneider Electric. She received her B.S from University of Rhode Island in Biology and Pathology but decided to switch gears, obtaining a Masters of Science in Human Development specializing in Organizational Dynamics. Lorna joined the staff at Texas A&M University to lead the Alcohol and Drug Education Program and travelled to many colleges and universities throughout the south and Northeast as a guest lecturer and motivational speaker. After a few years in Texas, she decided to head back east where she worked in the President's Administration at the University of Rhode Island doing University strategic planning and development. A desire for a change of scenery outside of higher education brought her to American Power Conversion where she held roles in events, public relations and various training roles before founding Data Center University, an online customer education program designed to educate on the design, build and operations of data centers and facilities. With the acquisition of APC by Schneider Electric, Lorna and her team of Instructional Designers and Curriculum Developers have grown Data Center University into Energy University ….a leading content marketing and edu-training initiative focused on innovative energy efficiency management education.
