Client Operations Manager Karen is a currently a member of the Philips onsite Managed Services team at Augusta University Medical Center, where she is responsible for developing and leading the operational processes that enable the delivery and management of the Alliance. She works closely with the onsite teams and the functional leaders within Philips and Augusta University Health to drive consistent and repeatable methodologies,with a focus on continuous improvement.Prior, as member of the HTS Program Management Office, she acted as an onsite program manager and was a project manager on the Columbia County Certificate of Need team. Karen has 20+ years’ experience in planning and leading comprehensive global programs. She joined Philips in 2004 as a Quality & Regulatory CAPA manager for Patient Monitoring and since then, has held various positions with increasingresponsibility in business excellence, product, project, and program management, marketing, consulting and operations.Karen holds a BS in computer science with a minor in business management from Bridgewater State College, MA.
