I joined the CBRP family as the People Change Management Manager in October 2018. My main task is to facilitate the “coming together” for all groups working under this wonderful project. Before coming on board, I was the Manager of Talent and Performance Management Programs as well as Executive Group Services at Parks Canada. I am a M.Ed. and M.B.A. professional with more than 15 years’ experience in People Management and Change Management (i.e.: coaching executives and managers on personal and career growth, professional management table effectiveness training, etc.). My vast HR portfolio also includes managing Official Languages, Youth Employment programs, Employment Equity programs, Learning and Development programs, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness programs, etc. I am also an experienced and certified facilitator, specializing in psychometric analysis and change management.
