Very well written. I especially liked the specific examples showing how I can implement this into my life. Examples such as moving the dental floss out on the counter as a visual reminder to floss everyday. Also loved the point of scheduling our activities - that they need a place to life. Thank you very much!

Thanks for your sharing about changing habit. After spending my free time in three day to read your guides, I think I need to start building better life by small step. I want to be a global person so I must have a good english skill. I set a plan to practice english. But after a few day, i forget my target. I don't have guide or teacher to reminder or check my practice. I'm young and I'm dynamic person so I hope I'll change my level of english by spending 1 hour per day to writing, listening, speaking or reading. Keeping study everyday.
